Ladies, don't worry...he's okay! Former Young & the Restless hottie and one of the finest men on Earth, Shemar Moore, was biking riding in LA on Saturday when a car struck him. A rep for the Criminal Minds star told TMZ that Shemar broke his leg, but everything else is A-OK.

I hope Nicolas Cage has a lot of movies lined up, because he needs to make all the money in he possibly can in order to pay back the IRS the $6,257,005 that he owes them! According to the Detroit News, public records show that the figure comes from unpaid income tax from 2007. The address on the tax lien that was filed was reportedly Nicolas' $3.55 million mansion in New Orleans, which, along with his $35 million Hollywood home, is now up for sale. But this isn't the first time Nicolas has been in trouble with the IRS. In September 2008, he agreed to pay $666,000 plus interest in back taxes and penalties after allegations that he improperly deducted personal expenses. Wow. Celebrities kill me. They get all this money and wanna spend it on cars, clothes, homes, vacations, parties, drugs, and all kinds of nonesense--and that's all fine and good, but can you please make sure your business is taken care of first!? You have way too much money to not be paying your bills. I don't get it. When I finally do start making celebrity money, you better believe bills will be the first thing I'm taking care of, so that I can blow my money on the nonsense and be worry free about it! lol

The former NY Giant was indicted by a New York grand jury on two counts of criminal possession of a weapon and one count of reckless endangerment.
Now if you don't remember, in November 2008, this genius accidentally shot himself in the leg with an unlicensed gun in a New York City nightclub. SMH
Former teammate, Antonio Pierce was with him that night, but he was not indicted on any charges.
Michael Douglas' son, Cameron, is a drug dealer! Cameron, 30, was arrested on July 28 at the Hotel Gansevoort in Manhattan on charges of dealing meth. The investigation is ongoing.
He was arrested in 2007 in California on cocaine possession charges.
SMH...Celebrity kids need to stop acting out.
Some singer named Kirby Shields has fired off a copyright infringement notice against P.Diddy, his group Day 26, and Bad Boy Records altogether. In it, Shields claims that his song "I'm Just Getting Started" is identical to Day 26's "Just Getting Started." And you know what? IT IS!!!! Now normally, I don't care enough to post these kind of stories, but I found it absolutely hilarious that Diddy and Day 26 actually thought they would get away with this! I mean, the song is the exact same! Shields says that Day 26's version was produced by Christian Davis Stalnecker...the same guy who produced his version in 2007! So, either this Kirby Shields fellow is scheming, or Mr. Christian has some explaining to do!!! Shame on you...whoever!

Michael Jackson's mother, Katherine, was granted full custody of her son's three children. But, she withdrew her petition to gain control of his estate. Monday, Judge Mithcell Beckloff ruled that Michael's attorney, John Branca, and music exec, John McClain will continue to administer the singer's estate until at least October, according to Us Magazine. The men have the authority to negotiate deals and transition Michael's assets into a private trust. That trust designates that 40% of the estate goest to Katherine, 40% to the children and 20% to various charities. It is unclear how much money Katherine and the children will receive.
And speaking of Michael Jackson....
Various internet sites have been reporting that Kanye West claimed the title of "the new King of Pop" for himself just weeks after Michael passed. He was quoted as saying: "It's so sad to see Michael gone, but it makes a path for a new King of Pop and I'm willing to take that on. There's nobody who can match me in sales and in respect so it only makes sense for me to take over Michael's crown and become the new King."
While that sounds like something that Mr. West would say, he says he said no such thing. He wrote this statement on his blog:
"I was just listening to Wendy Williams [radio show] and heard some quote about me saying I'm the new King of Pop. Not only did I not say that, I haven't said anything. It makes me feel bad that obviously I made people feel that I would be corny enough to say something so whack after the passing of an idol, a legend and more than that, a human being with feelings and family. It scares me to think what people will believe, without even a source. Any random person can type something on the internet and then the world believes it. I don't talk to press or do TV or do promotions of any sort. I've stopped chasing and buying into fame. Fame is like cigarettes with no surgeon general warning. It destroys most people as it did to the true and only king of pop. We exploit ourselves and eat our own eggs 'till there is nothing left. I have a feeling that this won't be the last false statement with my on it, but this will be the last time I defend myself. I'm done."

WEDDING BELLS!!!!
Sorry ladies...the bad boy himself, Mark Wahlberg a.k.a. Marky Mark, is officially off the market! He and his longtime girlfriend and baby mama, Rhea Durham, jumped the broom on Saturday at the Good Shepard Catholic Church in Beverly Hills. The 45 minute ceremony started at 3:30 pm and had about 20 guests in attendance. The bride wore a white, strapless Marchesa dress with silver embroidery around the bust and waist. She also wore a Neil Lane diamond bracelet and earrings. The hottie groom wore a black Giorgio Armani suit with a lavender tie.
The couple have three children, Ella, 5, Michael 3, and Brendan, 10 months.
Actress Ali Larter also got married on Saturday. The Obsessed star married her longtime fiance, Hayes MacArthur in Kennebunkport, Maine.
Actress Jamie Pressly is engaged . The My Name Is Earl star plans to marry boyfriend, lawyer Simran Singh. A wedding date has not yet been determined.
