Looks like the Upper East Side likes their relationship martinis both shaken and stirred. This week's episode of Gossip Girl had us throwing things at the television.

While only part of the beans were spilled in last week's episode, this week we've got the full monty. After running away from Blair's place and boozing it up at a local bar, Serena loses her phone and Dan is the first to be notified of her leaving with three gentlemen (oopsie). Blair finds Serena, calls Chuck and Nate to come help her get S cleaned up, and the drama only builds from there.

We're still reeling from Serena's shocking confession at the end of last week's Gossip Girl episode! That stunning moment capped off an action-packed episode: Blair and Eric exposed Jenny and Asher's relationship for the lie it was, Rufus and Lily danced around their attraction once again, and evil Georgina continued to wreak havoc. Mia, Sarah, and I are blown away by Serena's shocking confession in today's Gossip Girl podcast! We wildly speculate what might have happened in her past, can't believe Georgina outed Eric, and simply adore Blair for everything. There's also discussion of Lily and Rufus (and a good argument for why you shouldn't go wedding dress shopping with your ex), Jenny's tenuous grasp on popularity, and the surprise of seeing Dan turn to Gossip Girl.

What was already a fabulous episode upped the ante and freaked us out during the final 30 seconds. Our friends were madly texting and calling us -- could this really be true? Serena... a MURDERER?

The final moments were so completely unnerving, we believed it. Between Blair's coaxing and Serena's frantic, teary pleas, the girls had us convinced something utterly awful was about to surface. And when Serena finally blurted it out, we stayed rooted to our seats in shock.

There has to be more to the story, right? We find it hard to believe that sunshiney, cheery Serena would kill someone -- no matter what the circumstances. Okay, so Georgina was involved... but to what degree?

Georgina continued to terrorize Serena, displaying just how much power she has over her so-called friend: posing as Dan and Vanessa's new pal, outing Eric at the dinner table, and sending Serena that tape. We felt chills when Serena realized what she was up against... but it was too late. How could she tell Dan the truth now?

Though we've had lots of issues with Dan's judgmental nature in the past, we can hardly blame him for being skeptical of Serena at this point. All he's seen lately is her avoiding him, hanging with Chuck (who we missed in this episode! No Chuck OR Nate), and partying through the SATs. Even if she told him the truth about Georgina, he'd have little reason to believe her at this point.

Meanwhile, Jenny seemed to have everything going her way: she had a boyfriend with a pedigree, she was hosting a fabulous party, and Blair was most definitely NOT invited.

Georgina returned, Blair established social dominance, and Vanessa and Nate hooked up (we're still reeling from that one!).

In this week's Gossip Girl podcast, we wonder if Blair is being misused, are happy to see Serena shaken up a bit, and can't wait to know what Georgina has on Serena. We also debate the Nate/Vanessa pairing (Sarah's into it, but Mia and I aren't convinced yet) and we can't believe Asher's brown-nosing -- and that Rufus bought it. And we close things out with a discussion of this episode's fashion, from Chuck to Georgina.

After shaking Serena up with some racy gifts last week, Georgina finally made her long-awaited appearance on Gossip Girl. What'd you think? We have mixed feelings -- when she just seemed like a party girl who likes to stir things up, we liked her, but when she drugged Serena's drink, she crossed the line and we're kind of scared of her. And what about the final scene of the episode? She seems like she's after Dan new, complete with a borrowed dog and fake identity. Will he fall for it?

Has Serena learned nothing from her fights with Blair and Dan? Honesty is the best policy, but S continues to dance around the truth when it comes to Dan... and he's not happy. Once again, someone else's crimes were pinned on Chuck this week. And for once, the guy hasn't even done anything wrong!

Speaking of Chuck, he's just not getting enough airtime. Okay, we're pretty hardcore Chuck/Blair fans, but this show hooked us with their romance, and now they both seem relegated to B plot storylines -- Chuck's busy helping Serena cover her tracks, and B is back to her social climbing with the kinda dull Upper East Siders. The one scene when Chuck and Blair exchanged nothing more than a chilling glare left us wanting more. We hope to see more of that plot later this season.

Mia, Sarah, and I are back with our weekly take on the backstabbing and bitchery that make Gossip Girl such a deliciously guilty pleasure!

This week, we discuss Jenny's conniving behavior, Chuck and Eric's unlikely bond, and the picture cake party of horrors. We also debate some of the show's new fashion choices (Blair's blue coat? Chuck's shark sweater?) and love her Breakfast at Tiffany's-inspired dream. And we're loving how the impending arrival of Georgina has Serena and Chuck freaked out -- and possibly working together.

Gossip Girl returned last night and brought on the backstabbing! Blair's return to Constance Billard wasn't exactly glorious -- Jenny and hew new socialite pals humiliated the former Queen B by flinging yogurt into her hair in front of school, almost bringing Blair to tears.

Lil' J has turned bitchy really quickly. And in case you couldn't tell by her actions, her looks pretty much tell the story: she's suddenly sporting shorter locks, heavily lined eyes, and the all-but-trademarked Headband of Evil.

Meanwhile, Blair is sans headband and lovely lipstick for the first time in weeks, and is it our imagination, or are her curls not quite as crisp?

Before things got too heated, Nate stepped in and told Jenny to be careful -- she might be in over her head. She didn't heed Nate's warning about her new circle... but she should have.

Serena, who can be so over-the-top optimistic that we wonder how she was ever a bad girl with a dark side, urged B to kill Little J and her friends with kindness.

When we last saw Upper East Side's elite, Blair was thisclose to fleeing town, Serena and Dan exchanged "I love yous" (finally!), and Nate and Chuck went from best friends to bitter enemies over Blair. Tonight, the Gossip Girl gang returns after a long hiatus with an all-new episode: "The Blair Bitch Project." Can't wait! Jason C. has the OMG-worthy recap.

Gossip Girl returns one week from today with new episodes! To get us ready, The CW has launched a new ad campaign both online and on TV. We're excited to see the show getting publicity, but haven't we already seen this scene? Like in the pilot? We were hoping for a preview of something new!

Unless Nate and Serena will be getting hot and heavy again... but we kind of doubt it, especially in light of recent spoilers that leaked.
